Hunza Valley Cherry Blossom Tour Itinerary
Day 1 – Welcome to Islamabad
Arrive at Islamabad International Airport, where our friendly team will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. After a bit of rest, we’ll gather for a group briefing to kick off the adventure. Depending on arrival times, we may explore key spots in the capital like Faisal Mosque or the Pakistan Monument.
Day 2 – Scenic Drive to Chilas or Naran
After breakfast, begin your journey north on the legendary Karakoram Highway, passing lush green valleys and charming towns. We’ll stop overnight in either Chilas or Naran, depending on road conditions.
Day 3 – Journey to Karimabad, Hunza
Continue the ascent into the mountains alongside the Indus and Hunza Rivers. This stretch of the Karakoram Highway offers jaw-dropping views of peaks, glaciers, and deep valleys—a perfect introduction to northern Pakistan’s wonders.
Day 4 – Explore the Heart of Hunza
Spend the day discovering Karimabad, the cultural hub of the valley. Visit historic sites like Baltit and Altit Forts, stroll through cherry blossom-filled gardens, and shop for local handicrafts in the vibrant bazaar.

Day 5 – Sunset at Eagle’s Nest
Drive up to Eagle’s Nest—one of the best panoramic viewpoints in Hunza. Surrounded by pink blossoms and snow-capped peaks, you’ll witness a stunning sunset and sleep under the stars or in a cozy hillside lodge.
Day 6 – Khunjerab Pass Adventure
Hit the road toward Khunjerab Pass (4,880m), the world’s highest border crossing between Pakistan and China. The drive offers spectacular spring scenery and photo stops. Spend the night in the beautiful village of Passu.
Day 7 – Return to Naran via Gulmit
On our return journey, we’ll visit Gulmit Village and enjoy breathtaking views of Rakaposhi under the night sky. Continue south along the Karakoram Highway, stopping at scenic villages en route to Naran.
Day 8 – Back to Islamabad
After breakfast in Naran, drive back to Islamabad, arriving by late afternoon. Relax and unwind at your hotel.
Day 9 – Discover Islamabad
Enjoy a free day for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Visit local markets or unwind in parks and cafes around the capital.
Day 10 – Departure Day
After a memorable journey through Hunza’s cherry blossom season, we’ll transfer you to the airport for your flight home.
